Continuous optimization with an integral approach

1. Digital twinning and virtual commissioning

You use the Visual Components 3D simulation software to create a digital twin of your plant and simulate your material and process flows.

2. Modeling the ideal production plan

You use the simulation results as the basis for creating the best possible production planning model with the GANTTPLAN APS system.

3. Data transfer to the MES

The data from the digital twin is transferred directly to the MES at the same time.

4. Interaction between APS and MES

The closed loop between active APS and MES ensures continuous optimization and guided maintenance.

5. Data feedback

Real data from the MES and APS systems is fed back to the simulation for ongoing optimization of the process sequences.
