1. Digital twinning and virtual commissioning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You use the Visual Components 3D simulation software to create a digital twin of your plant and simulate your material and process flows. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Modeling the ideal production plan<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You use the simulation results as the basis for creating the best possible production planning model with the GANTTPLAN APS system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Data transfer to the MES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The data from the digital twin is transferred directly to the MES at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Interaction between APS and MES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
